What do I actually need to send you?
A CSV export from your booking system. Most have one, including Acuity, Square, Vagaro, Fresha, Mindbody and Jane App. It takes about 5 minutes to pull, and we'll walk you through it if you're not sure how. No logins. No access to your account.
Is the calculator really free?
Yes. Enter five numbers and your email and you get a conservative estimate of what you could realistically recover, plus the three fixes that make the biggest difference fastest. Try the calculator.
What happens to my customer data?
It stays private. It's used only for your audit, it isn't sold, and it's governed by Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). Client names and contact details aren't required for the analysis. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Do I have to change my booking software?
No. Booked & Banked sits on top of what you already use. Your booking system stays exactly as it is.
What do I get at the end?
Prioritized customer lists, recovery opportunities with a dollar range on each, customers sorted into action groups, and suggested messages to send. See a sample audit.

How long does it take?
